You are warmly invited to attend a Restorative Sound Healing Journey this Sunday March 9th, from 3-5pm. You have the option to enjoy an organic vegan soup and salad afterwards for +$10. This Sound Healing Journey is an opportunity to deepen into stillness as your nervous system receives nourishment from gentle sound frequencies and mantra lullabies. Come experience the transformational power of sound as medicine and its remarquable benefits! I will play 2 gongs along with various instruments that create harmonious frequencies to calm the mind and restore your being back to a state of tranquility and balance. Gongs and crystal bowls are very powerful and have the ability to clear energy and take participants on amazing sonic journeys! We will begin our journey with an organic cacao elixir which opens our hearts and creates a sacred space for our prayers and intentions. You will then rest in your cozy space and receive the sonic blessings! During a Sound Bath, one may enter a spacious and relaxed state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, induced by the ethereal sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drum, voice and guitar. Some have said that my sound baths are like lullabies for adults. Every session is unique, and we all emerge feeling more rested, with greater mental clarity and inner peace. It feels so good to just be & to breathe!
