Sound Healing & Sacred Song Circle

You are warmly invited to join me at the Rupert Community Centre with guest musicians for a special evening of Sound Healing & Sacred Songs. We begin with a Cacao Ceremony that brings us together in the spirit of joy and gratitude. We will then flow into the Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls, gong, harp, flute, didgeridoo and drums. As a Therapeutic Sound Healing Practitioner, I weave sonic soundscapes that aim to calm and restore the nervous system to a state of attunement with itself and the Heart. Our entire being is invited to relax and allow inner peace and wellbeing to arise. People report feeling so much better afterwards! We will then flow into a Sacred Song Circle where I will lead various songs and chants that everyone can participate in. It is a beautiful opportunity to sing songs (or simply listen to) from various traditions. Some are Sanskrit Mantras and others are in English. All are uplifting and the best part is that no singing experience or ability is required. It's not a choir and we simply show up and join in as we are! Bring a yoga mat, blanket and cushion for your comfort as you will be lying on the floor. I will be joined by my dear musician friends Joshua Earth on guitar, flute and vocals: Zu Zen on violin and didgeridoo: Anouk Michelle-Grégoire on vocals and Christine Bear on hand drums and chimes. The energy exchange is from $40-$60 per person. Pay what aligns with you. Children are welcome and there is not cost for them. We ask they not walk around the space or talk during the sound bath which requires a quiet & meditative space.
